ACF’s Customised Funds enable organisations to ‘Lead’ a fundraising initiative in Singapore. ACF partners with the Lead organisation to simplify the process around regulatory requirements, while allowing for safe and efficient donor fundraising.
Our Impact Funds enable the pooling of funds from eligible donors within the Lead’s network, and channels them towards one or more chosen social impact partners in the region. This could include funding their own organisation. ACF is there when you need us, providing a supportive and facilitative role as the fund administrator.

Our Assessment Process
Asia Community Foundation (ACF) recognises that cross-border giving can be complex. Challenges such as varying local regulations, language barriers, physical distance from organisation, as well as potential money laundering and terrorism-financing activities, heighten the risks of an overseas donation, making it difficult for donors to decide which organisation to support. Furthermore, it can be challenging to assess an organisation’s capability and capacity to deliver high-impact work.
At ACF, we work with a wide range of social impact partners operating in Singapore and across Asia who are seeking to address the region’s most pressing needs. We understand
the importance of a robust assessment process to give donors the reassurance that their donation will be used appropriately, so they can feel more confident in their giving.
How We Work
ACF has a two tier assessment process that provides a comprehensive evaluation and review of an organisation’s work. This process helps us identify high-ability and high-potential organisations that are achieving impact in areas of need within the region, enabling us to recommend them to donors in our network.
